This Privacy Policy explains how Minesweeper: Refined (the “App”), developed by Mateusz Kocioła, handles your information. The short version: the App does not collect, store on our servers, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, and no analytics or tracking of any kind.
Information the App collects
None. Minesweeper: Refined does not ask for, collect, or transmit any personally identifiable information. We do not require an account, and the App works fully offline.
Data stored on your device
The App may save gameplay preferences and progress — such as your chosen difficulty, theme, and best times — locally on your iOS device so the App remembers them between sessions. This information never leaves your device, is not visible to us, and is removed when you delete the App.
Analytics, advertising and third parties
Minesweeper: Refined contains no third-party analytics, no advertising networks, and no third-party SDKs that collect data. We do not sell, rent, or share information with anyone, because we do not collect any in the first place.
Tracking
The App does not track you across apps or websites and does not request access to the device advertising identifier (IDFA). No App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown because no tracking takes place.
Children’s privacy
Minesweeper: Refined is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children. Because nothing is collected, the App does not gather data from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region) — or from anyone else.
Your rights
Since the App holds no personal data about you on any server, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. Any data stored locally is fully under your control and is erased by deleting the App.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
